Visa of investor EB-5:

• the time for receiving a conditional Green Card valued for 2 years is 18-24 months,
• petition for withdrawal of convention - 21 months after receiving the Green Card,
• the time to receive a permanent Green Card is 5 years,
• including spouse, children under the age of 21,
• with the right to work,
• requires residency in the United States at least 180 days a year to obtain citizenship,
• dual citizenship is recognized.
   

Conditions for obtaining a visa:

• investment in a project to create a new enterprise in the amount of at least 1 million US dollars,
• investments in the project of the Regional Center in the amount of at least 500 thousand US dollars,
• creation of at least 10 jobs for qualified employees or the preservation of existing staff for at least 2 years,
• participation in enterprise management.
