Residence permit for investors:

• the residence permit is initially issued for a period of up to 3 years with a subsequent extension for 5 years,
• including spouse, children under 18,
• with the right to work,
• permanent residence status after 5 years of residence,
• the possibility of applying for citizenship after 5 years of continuous residence (knowledge of the language, integration diploma),
• dual citizenship is not recognized.
   

Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:

• an investment of 1.25 million euro in a local company, directly or through a fund, and adding additional value to the economy of the Netherlands,
• availability of housing (rented or owned),
• adequate financial conditions,
• proof of trustworthiness,
• medical insurance.
